Real food is whole, nutritious, nutrient-packed food. It is food as close to the source as possible. It is food grown locally if possible. It is the opposite of overly processed, packaged foods. It is the opposite of what I call "food crap" - you know, cheese from a spray can, frozen microwaveable meals, food from a vending machine - you know what I'm talking about. Real food is farm fresh eggs, quinoa, pastured beef, apples and kale, for example.
What’s meal planning all about?
You are busy. Having a plan around food is crucial. If not, it is so easy to just have a bowl of cereal or a cold sandwich. You are better than that. You deserve more than that. Let me do the planning for you, my dear. I can’t do the cooking for you but don’t worry... that’s the fun part! With these meal plans, you will have everything you need to transform your eating this fall. You will receive 4 weekly meal plans complete with shopping lists and recipes. All you have to do is the grocery shopping and the cooking. Nothing crazy. All you gotta do is download the materials and start when you are ready.
How many meals will be planned?
You will receive meal plans for 4 weeks that will cover breakfast, lunch, dinner and a snack. All meals will be based around Fall foods. All meal plans are designed to feed 2 adults and 2 children so personal adaptations may need to be done. If you are single, no worries. You will have rockin' leftovers!
What if I still want to eat out sometimes?
No problem. The meal plans are designed for one meal out a week. You can still visit your favorite restaurants from time to time!
So…what kind of foods will I be cooking?
Don’t be scared. You don’t have to eat seaweed and tofu (unless you want to). You’ll be cooking real foods like brown rice, grass-fed beef, kale, and dessert. Yes, I said dessert.
You will be making meals like:

- Chicken Tortilla Soup
- Honey and Walnut Pumpkin Bread
- Savory Kale, Cannellini Bean, and Potato Soup
