Real Food Blueberry Cobbler

This is an easy, delicious, real food version of blueberry cobbler. Perfect for dessert or even breakfast!
  • 2 pints fresh or frozen blueberries, rinsed, drained
  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • ½ cup sorghum flour
  • 3 tablespoons butter or coconut oil, softened
  • ½ cup coconut sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Generously schemer a 8x8-inch baking dish with butter or oil. Pour in the blueberries.
  2. Sprinkle a pinch or two of flour onto the blueberries and toss to coat.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the oats with the flour, coconut sugar and cinnamon. Using a fork, cut in the butter or oil until it resembles sugary coarse crumbs.
  4. Layer the crumbs over the blueberries. Bake in a preheated oven until bubbly – about 30 minutes.
  5. Serve warm, topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, frozen yogurt, or your favorite non-dairy frozen dessert, if desired.
