This is my third recipe roundup and I just had to focus on salad dressings! Pinterest and the internet as a whole can be really overwhelming, especially when you start looking for healthy recipes. It is easy to get fooled too. Not all recipes labeled "healthy" are healthy, in my opinion. Gotta lean on someone you trust and you can trust me! I get asked all the time for good recipes so here goes, I am putting all my favorites in one place every week. My goal is to do a Healthy Recipes Roundup every week. People have the best intentions when they choose a salad. However, sometimes the dressing that is dumped all over the healthy, fresh, refreshing greens ruins the whole darn thing. Ugh. Go ahead, check the ingredient list of a package salad dressing bottle. Yikes. Totally not real food. Homemade salad dressing is really easy to make, it's much, much healthier than packages and it is delicious and fresh. I usually make the dressing in the bottom of our salad bowl and then add the greens and veggies and toss. The only downside of homemade dressings is that some don't store in the fridge well. Some do, though! So, go ahead and try a few of these babies. Ditch those packaged ones.
