My Approach is Realistic
What work-life balance means to each of us is different. In fact, psychologists agree that work-life balance is really a mindset. What does work-life balance mean to you right now in your life? I bet it meant something different 10 years ago and I bet it will look different again in the future. My approach to health coaching is focusing on small changes that can be incorporated at home and at work – The more real foods the better, the more movement the better, the more boundaries the better – yes, saying NO is healthy! – we work together to put together a plan that works for you, I keep you accountable and help you reach your goals.
I do all of this through small, realistic changes each week that never seem overwhelming, but add up to big results. I follow my ABC’s – Accountability, Boundaries and Control. When I first started doing health coaching over 12 years ago, I thought my clients would focus just on food but what I have seen over the years is that health and wellness is way more than just food. It is based on my 6 areas of wellness that we will cover in each coaching session.
