Let’s cook and raise some cash for Japan.

I can’t stop thinking about the devastation in Japan and I want to help. I bet you do too. Alot of the nutrition education that I have learned over the years has its roots in Japan. In fact, one of the healthiest places on the planet is in Okinawa, Japan (according to Dan Buettner in his book, The Blue Zones).
Spend an evening with me to discuss the healthy diet and lifestyle of the Japanese as well as eat some yummy Japanese-themed food! Plus, raise some cash for those in need. Sounds like a win-win to me!
