Over the years, I have learned how to recognize great recipes. There are many blogs, websites and cookbooks that I just LOVE and I trust. Plus, I have learned how to tweak recipes to make them work for me and my family. Yes, there is a great deal of trust involved in finding amazing recipes online. Especially when looking for healthy recipes, you gotta know what to look for. There are many recipes labeled “healthy” that are totally not healthy. Let me teach you what to look for.

Yes, over the 5 days we work together in this program, we will scan the internet (especially Pinterest) in search for the best, healthy, simple and affordable recipes out there that work for you and your family. I will then help you make the recipes your own and show you how to create 2 weekly meal plans. Eating healthy begins with a plan.

OMG, if you do a search of “healthy muffins” on the web you will be bombarded with millions of recipes! Some healthy, some not so much. Let me help you overcome the overwhelm and equip you with the tools and knowledge to tackle recipe finding in Pinterest without losing your mind nor spending 4 hours in there! Whew!

24/7 support via a private Facebook group. You will have access to a group of busy women offering their cooking experiences and support. Talk out kitchen fears, share frustrations, offer your experience and create some rockin relationships. I will be there to help every step of the way.

We will spend 5 days together online via a private Facebook group. Each day we will be on the look out for awesome Pinterest-worthy recipes and share them with each other. We will brainstorm how to make them work for you and your family. A weekly meal planning template will be provided and we’ll work together to get a couple created!
